She is liaison to several committees – Senior Transportation Committee, Commission on Aging, Economic Development Commission (secretary), Route 6 regional EDC, Vernon Area Cable Advisory Committee and the Website Committee. She is chairman of the Capital Improvement Planning committee. Elaine has lived in Andover for 23 years and raised two sons, Dan and Sam Keener, along with her husband Don Keener. Elaine is committed to making Andover a great place to live and would like to continue to serve as a selectman of this fine town.
